We RISE Project

The "We Rise" project is group of dedicated, caring and motivated young people who look and work to make our community better. These young people come from different communities and backgrounds and bring different community resources to the table such as, food banks, job centers, legal help, medical centers, hygiene products as well getting out and getting free reentry resources and then put together a personal resource bag, dedicated to our incarcerated community. 

After resource flyers, books and personal hygiene items are packed, a positive, uplifting note can also be found in the bag, some are self written from youth and others are self picked from youth. When all the bags are packed and ready to go, they are brought down to 850 Bryant jail for male identified folks and City county jail 2 for female identified folks.
